Review of the Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91AIO Desktop
If you don't have
much room or don't want to spend a lot of money on a high-end all-in-one
computer like the 24-inch Apple iMac, the Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91 may be just
what you need. This all-in-one desktop computer has a slim bezel, a 24-inch
tilting display, wireless peripherals, a quick solid-state drive, and a decent
graphics card to make light gaming and video editing enjoyable.
Even though it does not promise to change the game, it does
all of the essential tasks with remarkable ease. We liked the Acer Aspire
C27-1655-UA93 when we reviewed it last year due to its competitive performance
and sleek, stylish design. Acer is bringing back the Aspire C24 all-in-one
desktop for 2022 with the most recent Core i3-1215U processor from the 12th
generation, Intel UHD graphics, 8GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage.
The end result is an affordable AIO that performs better
than the majority of AIOs on the market while costing significantly less than
our favorite Apple iMac. Simply put, the Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91 should be
your next sweet landing if you cannot afford the Apple.

Review of the Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91: Design
Despite the fact that the Aspire C24-1700-UA91 weighs 16.32
pounds and measures 21.28 x 1.47 x 15.95 inches, it is surprisingly simple to
transport if necessary. The main body of this Aspire C24-1700 provides a level
of stability without overwhelming your desk, despite its lightweight profile.
Despite their small size, the fully wireless keyboard and mouse that come with
the computer can be used right away.
The Acer Aspire C24's 24-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS
display is one of the best features. It has a matte design with black bezels
and LED backlighting, and despite the fact that it is 24 inches diagonally, its
low profile and thin bezels on the top and sides give the impression that it is
much larger. Users will be able to enjoy 92% more screen across a variety of
viewing angles thanks to Acer's claim that the thin bezels result in large
screen estate.
Between -5 degrees and 25 degrees, the display tilts up and
down without much effort. Even so, you'll need two hands to adjust it because
the base weight and total weight are a little light, but handling is minimal
overall.
Additionally, streaming video content may appear slightly
washed out, even though the quality of the display is generally crisp and clear
for some light gaming and photo editing tasks. Like some laptops, the colors
are a little muted, and the edges of the display have a slight vignette or
shadow effect.
The back location makes them easily accessible, and the port
selection is satisfactory. The options that are available are similar to those
that are found on desktop computers that are larger in size, and one of them is
an HDMI out port that lets you extend your display. Your peripherals should be
able to access two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, and one USB-C port.
However, one of those ports will be taken up by the nano-USB required to
operate the wireless mouse that comes with the Aspire C27. If you don't have a
lot of space around the back, moving the machine to get to the ports doesn't
take much effort.
Review of the Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91: Performance.
The Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91 has a 12th Gen Intel Core
i3-1215U processor, 8GB of RAM, and Intel Iris UHD graphics that are comparable
to those found in the majority of laptop computers. The Acer Aspire C24 is
well-suited for the typical desktop PC tasks, even though it won't be one of
the best gaming laptops or top picks for graphic design or video editing. In
addition, the 512GB SSD storage capacity, which is faster than traditional hard
drives, should be more than sufficient for storing all of your files.
The modern office, student, or family will appreciate this
Acer all-in-one. It runs all modern computing tasks without a hitch and is
stylish, quick to start, easy to use, and stylish. The Acer Aspire C24 will not
let you down if you're looking for a machine that can assist you with daily
tasks like multitasking on email, web browsing, and word processing or if you
want to stream video, music, do some light photo editing, and play games as
well. If you spend a lot of time in front of the screen, the Acer Bluelight
Shield has several bluelight reduction settings that can help alleviate eye
strain. Although this desktop has stereo speakers, they are located on the
machine's back. When the computer is positioned on a desk that faces the wall,
the speakers produce a muffled sound like a tin can. The effect will be
significantly diminished if this machine is kept away from the wall in
sufficient space.
Last but not least, the Acer Aspire C27 features a webcam
with a resolution of 5.0 megapixels. Both the video and the audio quality are
just adequate. When it's at its best, it looks grainy and washed out; if you're
chatting on Zoom, Hangouts, or another platform, this won't be the best
experience.
Is the Acer Aspire C24-1700-UA91 worth your money?
An excellent AIO desktop PC is the Acer Aspire C24-1700. Its
most recent twelfth age Intel Center i3-1215U and Intel UHD illustrations, alongside
its 8GB of Smash and adequate stockpiling, convey sufficient execution for your
buck. It's also a great machine with good overall performance because its
components are fast enough for most computing tasks. Anyone looking for a
big-screen AIO PC but with limited space will appreciate the slim and compact
design as well.
There are all-in-one desktops on the market that are less
expensive, such as the Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 3i. On the other hand, there is
the high-priced 27-inch Apple iMac, which features a stylish design, a
high-resolution screen, and unrestricted performance all wrapped up in a
stylish package. Because it is right in the middle, the Acer Aspire
C24-1700-UA91 is a great option for people who want a powerful AIO for their
home office.
